Pisa, 18 maggio 2021 – Tutte le regioni italiane hanno inserito informazioni dedicate alla campagna vaccinale contro il Covid sull’homepage del proprio sito web istituzionale, ma almeno tre – Valle d’Aosta, Campania e Basilicata – non hanno fornito adeguate informazioni ai cittadini relative alla pandemia. Lo rivela l’indagine ‘La comunicazione della vaccinazione anti Covid-19 sui siti web delle Regioni e Province Autonome italiane’ condotta nei mesi di marzo e aprile scorsi presentata oggi da AGENAS, Laboratorio Management e Sanità della Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Pisa e istituto di linguistica computazionale del Cnr. “Il 57% dei siti web/portali regionali analizzati – si legge nel report – presenta uno spazio dedicato a informare il cittadino riguardo il Covid-19. Il 29% ha uno spazio dedicato, tuttavia con informazioni parziali e/o frammentate. Il 14% non ha dedicato spazi ad informare i cittadini riguardo il Coronavirus. Il portale Costruire Salute della Regione Sicilia rappresenta, invece, una buona pratica di comunicazione al cittadino sul Coronavirus”. Inoltre, secondo l’indagine, “l’81% dei siti web/portali regionali riportano le informazioni in merito alle categorie di cittadini aventi diritto alla vaccinazione, il 14% riporta informazioni solo in maniera parziale, mentre il 5% non riporta informazioni a riguardo”. Spicca l’Emilia-Romagna che ha “uno spazio dedicato a informazioni di dettaglio relative alle categorie aventi diritto sia nel momento di analisi sia successivamente”. Infine il 52% siti web/portali regionali non riporta informazioni in merito agli effetti collaterali correlati ai diversi tipi di vaccini: il 48% riporta informazioni sui rischi della vaccinazione, di cui solo il 29% in maniera esaustiva. La migliore comunicazione su questo tema è quella del Veneto che dedica alla spiegazione degli effetti collaterali un video in cui un medico spiega al cittadino nel dettaglio le reazioni avverse osservate per ciascun vaccino.
